HECK MW ecoCYCLE (only permissible with the components listed in the appendix)
HECK MW ecoCYCLE is a patent-pending, demountable composite thermal insulation system that can also be separated into its constituent materials.
Up to three integrated separation layers make it easy to separate the individual layers during subsequent dismantling.
Removal: Using suitable tools, e.g. an angle grinder, vertical cuts are made through the top coat of plaster and the reinforcement layer.
Removal: The entire plaster coating can then be removed from the insulation boards without leaving any residue, using the well-known ‘stripping’ method and thanks to the separation mesh.

Removal: The insulation boards can now be separated from the adhesive along the central separation fabric and removed by type.
Removal: Finally, the adhesive layer is removed from the substrate using the lower layer of release fabric. If necessary, use a scraper to loosen any lumps of adhesive.
