PEBAL PCR packaging film, different sizes and thickness

Our product range includes PCR packaging films and sacks & bags made of PCR content as well, available in various sizes and thicknesses upon customer demand.

Packaging film:

PEBAL s.r.o. specializes in the production of LDPE PCR packaging films. These films are primarily used for packaging magazines and protective coverings.

Main Parameters:

• Film Thickness: 25 μm to 60 μm (customizable to customer requirements)
• Usage production: Supplied on a roll

Our PCR packaging films are made from post-consumer regranulate (over 80%), and the regranulate is certified by EuCertPlast. The EuCertPlast audit report is attached.

We use fillers and additives in the film production process, and the corresponding MSDS cards are enclosed. The final products have undergone laboratory testing and comply with all applicable standards.

Sacks & bags:

In addition to films, we also produce PCR LDPE sacks and bags. These products are widely used in various industries for packaging and storage purposes. Our LDPE sacks and bags can be customized to meet specific customer needs in terms of size, thickness, and strength.
