KAJO-BIO-Schmieröl 150 Harvester

KAJO®-BIO-Schmieröl 150 Harvester is made from specially treated vegetable oils. These vegetable oils contain additives based on natural raw materials which improve the behaviour in the mixed friction area. Shear-stable additivesguarantee a good lubrication even with high chain speeds. 

Advantages in practice:

KAJO®-BIO-Schmieröl 150 Harvester has been developed for lubrication of chop saws at harvesters. These saws offer a circumferential speed twice as high compared with motor saws. For this reason inviscid saw chain adhesive oils are spinned away extremely quickly and an increased wear between chain and bar can occur. Therefore, we provide an adhesive saw chain oil offering a viscosity of 150 cSt at 40 °C for lubrication of these harvesters. KAJO®-BIO-Schmieröl 150 Harvester shows an outstanding temperature behaviour with cold. The Kuratorium for Forest Work and Technology (KWF) tested the lubricant in the laboratory based on the test criteria for chain lubricants for chainsaws and rated it positively. 

KAJO®-BIO-Schmieröl 150 Harvester is certified with the European environmental label EU Ecolabel, registration

no. DE/027/286, and is authorized to carry the ‘Blue Angel’ according to DE-UZ 178.

Environment:

Due to its readily biodegradable nature, KAJO®-BIO-Schmieröl 150 Harvester should preferably be used in environmentally sensitive areas. When used properly, it is toxicologically recognized as safe and practically harmless to surface and groundwater.
