HACObond® nonwoven insulation

HACObond® - the highly efficient insulating material

HACObond® is a pure, thermally bonded insulating nonwoven made of 100 % recyclable polyester fibres. It is manufactured with volumetric weights of between 15 and 40 kg/m³ and is between 20 and 200 mm thick. HACObond® contains a recycled content of 30 %.

Applications:

• Wall and ceiling insulation
• Acoustic elements (wall objects, acoustic furniture)
• Building insulation

HACObond®

• can be made soft and flexible, or firm and inherently rigid
• has excellent acoustic characteristics and high sound absorption values
• has above-average thermal insulation properties
• absorbs hardly any moisture (less than 1 percent)
• meets the requirements of the building materials approval DIN 4102-1 Building Material Class B1 or EN 13501
• is odourless, allergy-friendly and certified to Öko-Tex-Standard Class 1
