Physioderm® ECOSAN®

ECOSAN is a neutral cleansing syndet (synthetic detergent) which is fragrance-free and colorant-free. ECOSAN is a soap- and alkali-free syndet for gentle skin cleansing in case of removing light dirt. Similar to the human skin, the product has a slightly acid pH value. The high-quality surfactants in ECOSAN have excellent skin compatibility.
