"Blue Angel" cooperating with eco-labels in China and Japan
11/11/14 // The Blue Angel, Germany’s oldest and most well-known eco-label, is now entering the international stage. In future it will cooperate with eco-labels in China and Japan. This has been laid down in agreements signed between the holders of the eco-labels today in Berlin in the margins of an international conference on the role of eco-labels on global markets.
30/09/14 // Beijing – The Global Ecolabelling Network (GEN) and many of its 26 members gathered at the Environmental Development Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Gehua New Century Hotel Beijing over four days to discuss environmental labelling and sustainable consumption. Carbon dioxide emissions associated with all aspects of the event from transportation and accommodations, to catering, were calculated and offset to ensure that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) was a Zero Carbon event.
