Trade fairs and events
The Blue Angel talks to citizens at sustainability trade fairs such as the Heldenmarkt, at church congresses and at the open days for the German federal ministries. Alongside consumers, dialogue is also sought with expert visitors to the IFA in Berlin or CEBIT in Hanover.
The Blue Angel is constantly the subject of new campaigns, whether it is for an environmentally-friendly start to the school year with exercise books made out of 100% recycled paper or for environmentally-friendly Christmas gifts awarded with the environmental label.
Music producer Annette Humpe, actor Thomas Arnold and TV presenter Jacqueline Roussety all bestow the virtues of doing something good for yourself, the environment and the future. Why is this is case? Answers to this question are provided by the motives behind the Blue Angel campaign for its 35th anniversary.
A company that is the first to use the Blue Angel in a particular product category receives support from the strong PR presence offered by the Blue Angel.
