Environmentally friendly alternative to dry cleaning!
This environmental label is awarded to service providers offering professional cleaning of textile and leather outerwear as well as home textiles. When having a suit or dress cleaned it is recommended to do without dry cleaning. CO2 cleaning uses the environmentally friendly solvent carbon dioxide. Another environmentally friendly solvent used in the cleaning process is water (see RAL-UZ 104 with respect to wet-cleaning services). Hence, both cleaning processes do not emit any pollutants into the air and into the wastewater - and yet, the textiles get clean.
